Sixers stink

So I have come to the conclusion that the Sixers stink. I mean it is really starting to piss me off. But you want to know what's really crazy? Do you? Well get this they have some really nice young talent. So that leads me to believe that it is the coaching staff that is the problem. Yeah I said it, it is the coaches fault. I am not saying that the the team is a contender but I do not think they are as bad as their record shows.

Look on the bench and tell me what do you see. First lets start with the head guy in charge Eddie Jordan. Jordan has compiled a sub .500 record since his time in the NBA....Um is that good? Oh let me guess he never had the right players. Or he must have woke up one day and discovered how to coach now that he has a great superstar in Andre Iguodala. Um no that is the answer. And I will spare you guys with his horrible decisions he constantly makes and lack of time outs!

Next we have Mike O'Koren...WHO THE HELL ARE YOU? I mean no disrespect but I am dead ass serious. So after doing my research I have learned that O'Koren has been with Jordan since his days in Washington. Um so basically he sucks also.

Ok maybe we will have more luck Jim Lynam. Now don't get me wrong I grew up with Jimmy being the head coach of the Sixers but lets look at his resume because I was kind of young so I may forget how he did. As a head coach Jimmy also was a sub .500 coach (yes another) and in his 10 years as a head coach he made the playoffs three times posting an 8-13 record. Um that sucks also. Dag so when Jordan turns to his bench for advice he doesn't exactly have a coaching guru to give him the answer.

And last but not least we have Randy Ayers, another former Sixers' coach. He coached the team for less than a full season and posted a 21-31 record. Um I am not a math magician but I think that is below .500 also right? YES! WHAT THE HELL. How can an entire staff be below .500 for their career and expect for the team to be productive. Someone please give me the answer because I do not know.

Matter of fact I'm done talking about this, I am getting a headache!

Dear LeBron James

Dear LeBron James,

I am a huge fan. I enjoy watching your team play all the time. The commercials are great, and I must admit I think this is your year to chip up. However I have to be honest with you, not competing in the Slam Dunk contest this year was a huge mistake. Why would you bring it up during last years All-Star weekend if you were just going to back out this year? Are you that scared of failure? I mean lets be real Bron Bron do you honestly think any of those guys in the competition can beat you? NO!

I am getting sick and tired of watching Nate Robinson win. Truth be told he robbed Andre Iguodala to win his first dunk contest, and I was not to impressed when he beat Dwight Howard last year. But honestly Bron you had a real chance to make yourself more likable. All you had to do is enter the contest. You would have won before your first dunk. But no you want to tell people that you will allow those players that do not play as many minutes as you do to compete in the contest. Yeah I feel you on that somewhat but ALL the great players have competed. Jordan, Kobe, Dominique Wilkins, Dr. J etc. What makes you so different? Why do you feel like you are too good for it?

Damn Bron you messed up big time. The slam dunk contest was once an exciting event that was filled with high flying dunks that made you say WHOA! But now it's becoming a joke, something that I honestly may not watch next year unless those competing are worthy of my time. You had a chance to be the savior of the event, just like Vince Carter did when he entered and did some of the best dunks I have ever seen with my own two eyes. Wow man grow up Bron and realize the power you have. All you have to do is compete ONE time and make your mark on that weekend!

Sincerely,

John Jervay
