McNabb to the Skins..#$%^

I know that I usually do not spaz much on here, but um "I'm going in!"

I honestly do not know what to say about this deal! I am lost! I am confused! I am speechless! Someone please explain to me why you would trade the greatest quarterback in the history of the franchise! And then tell me what would make you trade him to your division rival?

In my opionion this is by far the dumbest trade in Philadelphia sports history!

I cannot go in on this one. I need some time to get my thoughts together.

Baseball time

Man who is excited for baseball season besides me? I figured you would also be hype for the start of one of the greatest games ever invented. I cannot front my teams success adds to my excitement for the start of the season.

Even though my Phillies are getting hit early by the injury bug I like their chances to win around 100 games and also get back to the World Series. Yeah I know the road to the Series will be harder this year because teams will get up to play the Phillies EVERY night and also because three straight trips to the Series is VERY hard. However I love the Phillies lineup. They have an American League lineup but they play in the National League. What does that mean? That means there isn't an easy out on the lineup. The 1-8 hitters can knock it out the park or get on base every time they are up to bat.

But what about the rotation? Man listen TWO WORDS...ROY HALLADAY! Do I need to say it again? ROY HALLADAY. He is by far the best pitcher in baseball and he has one of the best work ethics in baseball and it appears to be rubbing off on Kid Cole, J.A. Happ, and Kyle Kendrick. Thats four pitchers right there that I feel can win 12-18 games this season.

However I have to be honest, the bullpen scares me a little. This "new" injury to Brad Lidge is a little bit of a blower to me. I would love to see the Phillies try and trade for a closer before the deadline. Possibly trade Jayson Werth to a team that has two closers or that may be out of it, since it appears that Dominic Brown is ready (plus they will most likely lose Werth after this year anyway) to show what he can do in the Majors.

Regardless of what moves this team makes during the season, they appear to have all the ingredients to make this 2010 season a special one. I am off to Washington DC to see Halladay take the mound for the first time as a Phillie. Should be an awesome game and an awesome season.
